Maternity Styling – Are you expecting???

Being pregnant is a great feeling but can also be quite difficult when your bump starts to grow; you may put on a few inches and can no longer fit into your usual clothes. It can be quite daunting not knowing what to wear, especially if it’s your first pregnancy. That’s why Style Makes Sense have created this tailor made service.

Our aim is to help you get your confidence back and help you to look great throughout your pregnancy.

We will arrange a suitable time, whereby you will be accompanied by a stylist who will shop with you, taking a look at all suitable maternity wear available. We will work with your budget and take a look at smart ways to dress whilst pregnant, without breaking the bank. You can just relax and let us do all the work.

Bridal Styling

Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life but can also be one of the most stressful days of your life. It is every girls dream to look her very best on her wedding day, wearing the perfect dress, along with flawless make-up and beautiful hair.

At Style Makes Sense we can take all the stress off your hands, with our bespoke wedding service….we can do it all for you! This includes, wedding dress shopping, bridesmaid dress shopping, shopping for your wedding underwear, accessories and shoes. We can help put together your whole look and find the right style of dress to suit you.

We will start off with an initial consultation to find out the style and look you are searching for. Once this is established, we will then go shopping for your dress and arrange all your dress fittings, underwear fittings etc. You will feel totally stress free throughout the whole process!

Personal Shopping

A Personal Shopper is someone who researches the shops for you, based on your style preference, budget, and lifestyle. A Personal Shopper is someone who knows your size, understands your body shape, and knows what to choose to suit you. Personal Shopping is a whole new experience. It is effortless and fun and you end up with all the new clothes you need for the season. You need never leave the changing room, as different sizes and styles are brought to you.
At Style Makes Sense we will make your shopping experience an enjoyable and relaxing time. We will help you to see ‘Fashion’ in a completely different way. Our aim is to make you look and feel great and that’s exactly what we will do!
The emphasis of our business is to offer different forms of personal shopping, adapting our services to fit our clients’ specific needs. Shopping packages can be arranged in London and the North West (Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham).
Clients can decide either on a tailor-made shopping trip or choose one of our Personal Shopping Packages.

Personal Shopping Trip half a day/full day

Our aims are to:

• Improve your fashion knowledge
• Purchase items which compliment your existing wardrobe
• Update your overall look

Your specific needs have to be established so that the stylist can complete a personal profile – this can be done over the phone or in person depending on the client.

On the day, you will be accompanied by a stylist who will source items to compliment your existing wardrobe, injecting classic or fashion elements – depending on the needs of the individual. The stylist will work within the client’s budget, combining high street “must haves” with classic investment pieces. The stylist will advise on the current trends and accessories and on how to work them with the client’s personal style to create a unique and individual look. Suggestions on hair and make-up will also be given.

Occasion Shopping minimum of 2 hours

Are you the mother of the bride looking for the perfect outfit or simply going to an event and want to stand out from the crowd? In this package the stylist does all the hard work for you. After an initial consultation the stylist will identify possible outfits for you and will then accompany you on the final shopping trip.

Holiday Shopping minimum of 2 hours

Are you going on holiday and unsure of what to pack? If yes, book a holiday shopping trip with one of our stylists. The stylist can search for the key items you need for a stylish holiday wardrobe, finding you the perfect sarong, flip flops or bikini. The stylist can help you find the essential items needed to bring on holiday without over packing. Let us do all the work.

Item Shopping 1-2 hours

Are you looking for the ultimate pair of jeans or the perfect pair of shoes? If yes, we will advise you on where to buy what you want and where you will find the style you are looking for, either accompanying you, or alternatively… simply letting you know where to find it.

Gift Shopping 1-2 hours

Are you stuck on what clothes/accessories to buy your husband/wife for their birthday? If yes, we can take the stress out of shopping for those special gifts, you give us the budget – the stylist does the rest.

Style Development 2 days

This service is for clients who have been out of the fashion game for a while – and who want guidance in updating the basics. It’s for clients who want to get back into the world of fashion.

Our aims are to:

• Re-gain your self-confidence
• Re-introduce basic fashion elements
• Update overall look

This package can be delivered to a group of up to 3 clients at a time and focuses on regaining confidence and adapting current fashions to suit personal style. The stylist’s task is to re-introduce the idea that fashion is fun and show how making some very simple changes, you can feel totally revamped. This package is a combination of Personal Shopping and Wardrobe Management. Make-up and hair advice is also included in the package.

Full Make Over 2 days

This is for someone who wants to be completely transformed from head to toe!

This includes:

• Personal shopping
• Wardrobe cleanse
• Hair consultation- With qualified hair stylist
• Make-up shopping-With qualified make-up artist

Wardrobe Management 3 hours

Wardrobe Management is for those of you who have tonnes of clothes but never know what to wear, ending up in you wearing the same outfits over and over again!

Our aims are to:

• Edit unsuitable items
• Identify key items needed to update existing wardrobe
• Simplify everyday dressing

The stylist will, with yourself, discuss the style in which you are trying to achieve and also discuss the different styles available e.g. formal, corporate, casual, evening plus any other styles you wish to discuss. We will then take a look through your wardrobe and decide which items to edit, talking through past purchases to understand your previous shopping history, whilst re-arranging the wardrobe in a clear and logical manner. The stylist will then offer advice on missing key items and where to buy them and inform you on how to work your existing wardrobe more effectively.

Look Books

Are you a fashion designer or brand looking for a way to make your product stand out from the rest? If yes, then let us create a Look Book for you. A look book consists of images of your product in a creative and eye catching way. Maybe you want pictures of your chosen product to be displayed in your shop window or a catalogue to send off to prospective buyers. At Style Makes Sense, we will create a themed photo shoot and the only thing you will have to do is give us your product and leave the rest to us!

Fashion Events

Do you want to create an event with a difference? Maybe you’re planning a corporate event or you have clothing you want to showcase. A fashion show can be great entertainment and also an excellent way to promote your designs. We will provide everything from the music to the models and even the clothing if you don’t have it. Let us provide you with an SMS Fashion Show you won’t forget.
